Yes, another UK lottery number generator. I was asked to write one with a slight twist. It should be able to accept up to four fixed numbers, and generate the remainder so that they add up to a given total. The first version was written using Borland's Turbo Pascal and will run under DOS or a Window's DOS session.
Lottery v4 - Download (454 KB)
After the original requestor upgraded his PC from a DOS only machine to Windows 98, I ported Lottery v2 to Borland's Delphi to generate a 32-bit Windows application. It will run only under Windows 95/98/2000 or NT. Some elements were object oriented, for example the graphical lottery balls, but most of the code was copied across and tweaked to work. There were some additions, too, for v4. Note the ever-so-slight increase in file size ;-)
